Power for wellness resides within you.
The whole process of cell renewal is run and orchestrated by
our gut flora. To have any digestive disorder, no matter how
serious, the gut flora has to first be damaged. If your gut flora
is strong, diverse, and healthy, it will be able to protect you.
Your gut does so many things for you including producing at
least 40 different hormones. Production of neurotransmitters
is a major function of our gut. These are then used by our
nervous system. Many neurotransmitters are manufactured
in the gut and then are transported to the brain. People
whose gut is unable to produce enough serotonin become
depressed and negative. Abnormal gut flora is linked to
causing mental and physical illness of all kinds.

are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other
people won't feel insecure around you. We are born to make
manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some
of us, it's in everyone. And when we let our own light shine we
unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As
we are liberated from our own fear our presence automatically

Time to smile.
A friend reminded me about the time he was putting flowers
on his grandmother's grave when he noticed a man, very
distraught, in front of a tombstone several yards away. The
man was on his knees, hands tightly clasped in front of him.
rocking back and forth, head tilted upward to heaven, tears

Why did you die?" Over and over again.
Cal was overcome with emotion at the sight and went over
to the poor man to try and console him. "Why did you die?
Why did you die?" Again and again. Cal gently put his arm
around the man and half whispered to him. "My
grandmother is buried just over there. Is a loved one of
yours buried here?" "No," sniffled the man, "It's my wife's
