There are so many ways to use essential oils for wellness and
supporting the body for optimal health. It doesn't really matter
how essential oils are used. Whether they are applied to the
skin, inhaled, or ingested the oils will do what they are supposed
to do no matter what, as God intended.

Everyone is different and so essential oils can have a different
affect on different people. There is a lot of power in just a single
drop of essential oils so it pays to start using them in just a
small amount unless you are dealing with a serious health
challenge. More and more doctors are seeing that essential
oils are "the real medicine".
