New research is happening all the time.

Over the years there has been much research in regards to all of
the powerful properties that different essential oils have. Due to
all of the many properties, it has been found that different oils
can have profound and positive effects in all areas to help people
to achieve balance and wellness.

In highlighting a couple of areas, essential oils can be used to
reduce appetite and help with reducing weight. In a large
study, Alan Hirsch, MD, used fragrances including peppermint
to help a large group of people to have significant weight loss.
These people had been unsuccessful with any type of weight
management program. During the six-month study over 3,000
people had an average weight loss of over 30 pounds. Pretty

In studes which were conducted in Vienna and Berlin Universities
the researchers found that sesquiterpenes found in essential oils
such as vetiver, patchouli, cedarwood, sandalwood, and
frankincense can increase levels of oxygen in the brain by up to
28 percent! For good health it is necessary that each one of
our trillions of cells have enough oxygen. Without proper
oxygen levels nutrients can't be properly utilized by cells.

So there are just some of the impressive results that have been
found with essential oils. To find out more about essential oils
